At first, I would like to say that piles are not any kind of infection, tumor and cancer. Now, what is it? Let me explain there are two types nurbs in our body arteries and veins. Veins are those nurbs which we can see outside of the body like hands, legs and many parts of our body. And those veins we also have in the way of shit if somehow those veins come in front of the way of shit then we could face the problem of piles.
There is another reason for piles which is constipation. If you are facing the problem of constipation then you could also face the problem of piles. Because of constipation, our shit goes hard and tight that’s why when we go for latrine we give more pressure and access pressure is a reason for piles and blood with shit.
Now you understand what are piles. and how it happens. Now you also should know that there are four types of piles internal, external, prolapsed, and thrombosed. If you don’t know how to recognize that you are suffering from piles or not then I am giving the symptoms below.
a) If you feel pain while you go to latrine every then it means you are suffering from piles.
b) If your shit goes very hard and comes blood with shit then you should clearly understand that you have piles.
c) If you have to give more pressure while you go to latrine then it signs that you have piles.
So these are the symptoms of piles. If you are facing any problems with these then you should take precautions before it’s too late. You should take precautions at home like proper diet and exercise. If you don’t know what kind of diet you should follow to cure piles then don’t worry I am here to give you properly to cure piles.
Diet plays a most important role to cure piles because peoples are facing the problem of piles for a bad diet. If you don’t take a proper diet then your piles will not cure it’s no matter how much you are taking medicines. That’s why here I will tell you what kind of food you should consume and what kind of food you should ignore to cure piles.
What to Eat:-
a) Vegetables- Spinach, Fenugreek, Sehjan Leaves, Drumstick Leaves, Celery and Cape, Cabbage, Asparagus, Broccoli, Toru, Pumpkin, Gourd, Carrot, etc.
b) Whole Grains- Oats, Brown Rice, Multigrain Flour, Whole Wheat Flour, etc.
c) Sprouts- Don’t take raw sprouts, if you take sprouts after cooking then it will provide you fiber and nutrients. Remember that you don’t take raw sprouts.
d) Fruits- Apple, Orange, Strawberry, Blueberry, Banana, Jamun, Papaya, Grape Fruit, Water Malon.
e) Water-Water is a very helpful thing to cure piles. You should consume at least 4 to 5 litres in a day.
Now let’s see what not to take during piles.
What not to Eat-
a) Maida- in the form of Bread, Dal, Roti, Suhali, Biscuits.
b) Fatty and Fried Foods- like Samosa, kachori, and every kind of fatty and fried foods.
c) Non-Vegetarian Foods- Like Fish, Meat, and Eggs.
d) Bakery Products- like Cakes, Puff, Pies, Pastry, buns.
e) Caffeinated products- like Tea, Chocolates, and Coffee.
f) Spicy Foods- If you take spicy foods then it will very painful when will go to the latrine. That’s why you should not consume chillis.
g) You also should ignore Simple Sugar, Raw Sprouts, Raw Salads, Chana, Chola, Rajma, Garam Masala.
h) You should also ignore packaged snacks like chips, chana, bhujia every kind of packaged masala snacks.
Now let’s make a diet plan according to those foods I have mentioned above.
a) At Early Morning- At first, you could consume a glass of warm water with lemon.
b) At Breakfast- At breakfast, you could consume one bowl of milk cooked oats or one bowl vegetable Dalia or one bowl soft-cooked upma and take one banana or apple.
c) At Mid Meal- You could take one glass of buttermilk or coconut water.
d) At Lunch- You could take 2 roti which is made by whole wheat or multigrain or one bowl brown rice pulao or one bowl khichdi made by rice and moong dal you, you could also take cooked sprouts with it and you also need to take one bowl vegetable which I have mentioned above.
e) At Evening- In at evening you could take one glass of apple, carrot and coriander or one glass of radish juice. These are very beneficial in the case of piles.
f) At Tiffin- You could consume one bowl of mixed vegetable soup at tiffin.
g) At dinner- You could consume those any foods you want which I have mentioned at lunch to take.
h) Before Sleep- You could take one glass of water or milk one teaspoon Isabgol.
Try to include less amount of oil and salt and don’t include Chilli, Garam Masala and Ginger.
After following a proper diet you also should do exercise every morning, exercise will help you to burn extra fat of your body I forgot to say that overfat is also a reason for piles that’s why you need to do exercise every morning.
